Wed Movie Frenzy

It is Wednesday again, my personal movie fiesta day. Today, I go to Leisure Mall with my secondary good friend and watch two movie. At first, we decided to go for 3 movies at the night before today. However, I changed my mind because of Thursday early morning coursework presentation. Instead of 3 movies, we cut it down to two; Bodyguard and Assassin (十月围城)and ;Avatar.

When we arrived at the GSC cinema counter, the queue was shocking long than usual! Nevertheless, we still line in and wait for our turn. Finally we get our ticket, 4pm for Bodyguard and Assassin and 6.30pm for Avatar.

Let's me share some of my experience on both movies. First, the bodyguard was an inspiring and motivating movie talking about "The Story of China Revolution". I like the martial arts of Donnie Yan in the film. He improved tremendously in fighting skills from one movie to another.
Sadly, in the end, every volunteer sacrified its life in the process of changing new era.

Next, Avatar is another great movie that fully loaded with high-end graphic and effects. The movie started a spacecraft swifting human soldiers into a new planet called, Pandora. The soldier was on a mission to protect the mining facilities from being destroy by the local native called, Otimaya. Human were there to mine a valuable mineral that 1KG worth 20 billion dollar. A science team was assigned to negotiate with the local native to reallocate themselve to others part of the forest. Avatar was used to tighten the gap between human and the native. "Avatar" actually mean a bio-syntetic body between human and Pandora's native gen. The story begin with a handicap soldier link with an avatar body and sent in to the forest for negotiation.
